5.2. Voluntary Membership
How to apply for voluntary membership
To apply for OPF voluntary membership please follow the following steps
Step 1:
Your registration and profile's required documents should be completed.
Step 2:
Click on the Voluntary membership in the side bar on the main home page
Step 2:
Upload voluntary payment receipt in attachment tab.
Step 3:
Fill the Voluntary membership form in membereship tab. Here you have to enter the following details.

Enter deposit receipt number

Step 4:
Click on submit payment fee
Step 5:
Now click on submit voluntary application
Step 6:
After successful submission of your aplication you can view your application details in the grid view with the followings.
Name, Passport, card No (if application is accepted) and issue date.
