7. How to Communicate with OPF

 
 
Communication with OPF Regional/Head offices
 
When your application is submitted or under progress and you want to know the status of your application then you can find that by the following ways inside the OPF e-Portal.
 
Step 1:
when your application is submitted you will be notified that whether your application is Accepted, Dispatched , Eligble etc in the notification bar On the main home page as show below:
 
 
Step 2:
You can ask about your application status in message by clicking on Reply button as show below:
 
 
Step 3:
Enter your message here or can upload any document if required and click on submit status then your message will be received at the OPF and you will be updated with query soon.
